Caught my first Black Drum last Friday over at Fisherman's Island. Was wondering if anyone had some advice on time of day to fish or what's the best tide to fish. We fished the outgoing and saw a few boats get action that day, but I fished it again yesterday during the tide shift and nothing. I only had two lines out. One with clam and the other with crab. So, is there a better time of day to fish? tide? and is there a better bait or should I stick with that?
