Trolled the western side out of Breezy Saturday for about 6 hours down to about the power plant. Marked some bait clusters but could not buy a bite. Packed it in when the flurries started mid afternoon. Didn't hear a whole lot of catching happening on the radio and the trash can at the BPM cleaning station only had a few in it. Parking lot only had a handful of trailers too.

Question for you more experienced folks: seems like there's plenty of catching both north and south. So what's up with the area around Breezy?

You were to late getting out, Skip and Catman ripped the lips off em all a few weeks ago.:D We had fished the 78A-78 area last Wednesday for 5 hours, marking what you saw
and finally hooked up @2pm just off 78's westernside. Saturday we left @ 8:30 am straight out from Breezy and headed NE into 40ft. and had great marks, but no bite, the marks kept us in the area to the CR buoy, and the bite turned on @ noon, with two in the box, a 28 and a 24, both fatties. Still a few fish around, but gotta be at the right place at the right time. Sure was slow, and the radio confirmed it was not only us.
Hope to get out a few more trips, and time it right to snag a few of those fish @BP when they move down.
