Greetings -

I'm thinking of taking a ride out to BP Marina this afternoon to drop the boat in the water. I'd like to get the motors running. Just need to be able to put the trailer into the water at the ramps. Can anybody tell me if the ramps are free and clear of ice? I haven't been out there in months.

Thanks for any help/info

I know in year's past - Breezy was closed from about Christmas until March 1st +/-.

They often park a large truck across the entrance - no way around it.

Calling first might be tough - often just an answering machine this time of year.

Dredger ain't there yet. Soon. You can go down working hours during the week to work on your boat. Ramp is not iced in.

Thanks for the replies, guys -

I got lucky and got a hold of Mike by phone. Made my way down and he moved the loader out of the way so that I could do my thing back there. Ramps were not icy, but tere was definitely ice in the marina basin.

Leon - I see your cat parked out front. Been doing some winter fishing?
