Finally got my first trip down to CBBT last week, and I wasn't disappointed.

Tagged along with some more experienced TF'ers and caught fish up to 36". Wasn't hot and heavy all day but there were plenty of multiple hook ups, at one point all four of us were bowed up with mid-20" grade fish w/ one on a fly. Found some of the best action later on in the day between the 3rd and 4th (I think - help me out here guys) islands. Tons of gannets and gulls with fish on top and below.

I was probably most surprised that we were actually jigging up fish from 40' in the dark at one point. Never seen that before.

Thanks again to Jeff, Mike, and Harvey. Looking to take my boat down in January. Can't wait.

Video is about 3 minutes. Turn your speakers up a bit and rock with us

How do you keep the camera from shaking (I have a stabilizer option but it's still looks like **** especially when running the boat) around so much? It looked smooth in your video. Thanks for sharing.
I just try to keep a steady hand, haven't really thought about much honestly. I don't even think my camera has a stabilizer. I dig the camera though, really small with lots of options for the price: Canon FS11 Digital Camcorder reviews - CNET Reviews
