Launched shortly after sunrise and headed straight to Cedar point. Solid 2 footers made for a little bumpy ride. Lots of diving birds showed where to start. Stayed with them for about 2 hours. Mostly blues up to 18 inches, 2 seagulls and a few rockfish no keepers. After the bite stop tried Hoopers island light house but only a few small seabass, tried the shallows in the Honga no luck. Went to the cut and managed a few small rockfish and seatrout. Packed up around 2pm and headed back to Solomon's. The Bay by now was flat calm and made for a smooth ride back.

Thanks for the report Sonke. Glad to learn the bluefish there grew some from last year. Fishing there a year ago they were 12”ers.
