Charlotte Harbor/Gulf late Feb

anyone know a good guide to take a coupla guys out in the Gulf, and what we would target, (grouper or some other good eating fish/not interested in tarpon or catch & release) in late Feb? Last 2 years we've gone in search of the elusive snook & redfish in my buddy's 15' Keywest, but he just moved there and there's alotta new water to cover. (I think the other problem's been the water's been still a little too cold in Feb)
