Thanks Rich. I guess I could have figured that out by scrolling down on my link, duh. I figured it was an increase when they said something about under quota. This should bring the crabs back right? It the female harvest is under quota then citizens should be able to keep females also right?

In Maryland we may not be citizens but rather subjects.

Since when were lawn ornaments required to be registered?
In the fee state, a vessel "in any structure in readiness for use" (ie; trailer, slip) for more than xx amount of time is apparently not considered a yard ornament. :) Even if it hasn't been registered in years, the burden of proof is on the ornament holder not DNR. Guilty until proven innocent.
