I was cleaning the boat today and noticed that there are some brown stains in several spots just above the waterline. I boat in the mid/upper bay so you may know how the water can stain a hull. Couldn't get the stains out with Spray9 and didn't have time to try anything else.

What might work to remove them....FSR or something stronger?

Thanks,
John

If its a very light discoloration try the McGuire's (SP)? cleaner wax, comes in a red plastic bottle and not expensive .

I always use this before putting a coat of Collinite Wax on ,it really brightens up the hull.

there is a cleaner called on/off it works great use gloves and don't get it on your trailer. buy it at a boat place.

Missy nailed it - On/Off will take anything off the hullsides...and a layer of skin off your hands, if you don't wear gloves, and will also eat through a trailer in the blink of an eye. After use, give the boat a thorough scrub down to make sure none remains.
