Sarah Palin is a grandma at 44. What a Tripp, eh?

Bristol Palin, the 18-year-old and eldest daughter of the former GOP vice-presidential candidate, has welcomed a son with boyfriend Levi Johnston.

Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston was born Sunday in Palmer, Alaska, weighing 7 pounds, 4 ounces, People reports.

"We think it's wonderful," Colleen Jones, the sister of Bristol's grandmother Sally Heath (Sarah's mom), told the magazine. "The baby is fine, and Bristol is doing well. Everyone is excited."

The teenage couple, who caught a lot of flack from some corners and an outpouring of praise and support from others, revealed they were expecting not long after John McCain tapped Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin to be his running mate and Saturday Night Live's saving grace.

Bristol "has our unconditional love and support," her parents said at the time. Johnston said in October that he and his baby mama plan to tie the knot in 2009 and to raise their child together.

I doubt that Johnston refered to her as "his baby mama"....he aint from the hood. He is a hockey player from Alaska who got his girlfriend pregnent and stayed with her....at least I wont have to support his baby.......did everyone forget about Obama's mama and papa???

If obama's daughters are with child, the child will be killed and thrown away before anyone else finds out.

Such is the hypocracy of liberals, while they tell you how to raise YOUR grandkids.

So how come that liberal hipocrite Obama didn't kill and throw his kids away before anyone else found out?

I have always opposed abortion but RF's birth is making me rethink this.

I think real conservatives are clear about where they stand on abortion. Whereas real liberals like Obama are clear where they stand as well. With populations bursting in some countries, and literally all around the world, the prevention of unwanted pregnancies must be the first priority. This is where I differ from my church. In future years the world will not be able to support, both economically and environmentally, billions of future populations, without departing this world for another. Both sides should train their focus on prevention rather then the aftermath, as except for the most extreme left or secular progressives, do not actually want babies to be aborted.

Pro choice versus pro abortion are 2 different issues. The pro choice people I know dont want woman to use abortion as a birth control, mainly under certain situations, which are mostly reasonable issues. Pro Choice is really a right to choose isnt it? The pro life side is all or none for the most part hence usually losing out in polls. If you've actually witnessed a late term abortion, you'd probably think you were watching a late night horror movie. It is the most disgusting thing Ive ever witnessed and would not recommend anyone to view. If you were pro abortion, you probably would change your mind after viewing. It may still be available on the internet if you've got the stomach. I was more anti abortion after viewing.
Gallop poll seems to bear out my statement-

Gallup Poll. May 8-11, 2008. N=1,017 adults nationwide. MoE ± 3.

"Do you think abortions should be legal under any circumstances, legal only under certain circumstances, or illegal in all circumstances?"

I really don't mind men discussing the finer points of abortion and what a woman can and cannot do with her body.... as long as women can discuss and pass laws on the finer points of castration and it's multiple beneficial use's.

Gallup means squat. The Supreme Court, which can in no way be called extreme liberal or secular, has done nothing with Roe vs. Wade. Face it, Frank. Abortion is now accepted in the mainstream.
The SC decision on Roe V Wade means squat to me. What does is what I perceive to be moral. If I recall 80% of abortions are unmarried women, so it still remains as a birth control. Abortion was illegal in the Colonial US, prolly based on English common law, and I doubt that any of the founders even considered that it would be an accepted form of birth control hundreds of years later.

Once you figure out why people are against birth control... you'll have all the information you need.

Hard to staff an army without new recruits.... pump those puppies out.
