Your way sounds better. You kicked it up a notch.Well, it sounded good so I thought I would give it a try. One thing I did notice was that there were no spices or salt so I added a teaspoon of Old Bay. I screwed up by not adding as much cheese as it calls for but it was still pretty good. It would have been better with more cheese. Next time, I will reduce the eggs to two and put in more cheese, more green pepper (maybe 2 TBSP) and more onion and about 1 1/2 teaspoons of Old Bay.
