The minium DNR has set for the Business associated with the License is $2000.
That would include lines, bouys, ancors, boats, refrigation, and or other related itens
Most LCC's go between $2K on the low end and $4K on the high end.

Redbeard why would say that . If it's an up to date LCC & he has paid his fees up to date it should be a good License

Look for changes in the way DNR makes the female allocation for 2009.
MWA is working with DNR for a fairer allocation distribution.

If anyone can get an LCC for $2k BUY IT! It would be worth it even if it had NO female allocation.

I've seen LCC's go for $4500 this year. As far as getting REFRIDGERATION, don't think so, you will be doing good to get a crab net and 1000' of straightline with the lic. I know what the "rules" say but we also know what really goes on.
