Creel limit question

Got an email from vmrc saying when i have my 12yr old on the boat he is entitle to fish with my boat license. Anybody else heard the same?

A- a 12 year old does NOT need a license- fresh or saltwater ANYWHERE in the state.......

B- ANYONE over 16 or that is req'd a license can fish in your boat, thats why you paid extra for the BOAT license

License Exemptions: REGULATION: VIRGINIA SALTWATER RECREATIONAL FISHING LICENSES

You should PRINT this and memorize it too:
