Quick report 'cause I'm tired. Fished with Brian & Cathy Hodson on C-Time today. Lines in at the Norfolk Canyon around 815. Sifted through a few sharks then Brian put us on 'em!!! 5 man limit of blueline tiles with 6 citations and 10 seabass to 4.5lbs. Done by 1230 for a LONG ride in!!

Here is a pic of the 6 we weighed for citations. Details and more pics to follow tomorrow.

WTG guys. That's a lot of cranking for sure. I had planned to go wreck hopping but when I woke up at 4:30 am and the winds at the CLT still at 15 knots, I called my crew and went back to bed. Hard to set a wreck anchor when it's blowing hard. I must be getting soft. I did some much needed boat maintenance instead.

Lucky Hat

Ed,
Glad you wore that lucky hat. A first time out for Tile :fishing2: and you get not only to kiss the first one you caught but you nailed 3 Citations.

Brian certainly did some great job boat handling to keep us on the fish.

Congratulations also to Jeff on his Citation.

I was expecting/hoping to see Cathy get a Citation on this trip out. :(

It was a long day at that after cleaning the fish and getting back to Brian's dock.

I was vacuum packaging fish at 3:30 AM.:))

Looking forward to see any more pictures that were took.

A Good Day

Not one of my "golden horseshoe" days weather wise, but it was what I expected.

Too many boats now using that tile spot. It will be dead soon, I'm afraid.

Ed has all the picks, and he can fill in a bit, but here are a couple of teasers:
