Fellow TF’ers,
I know some here have thought that I have been a rep for Judge Yachts through my posts and praises for their boats. Well that thought was incorrect until yesterday....
At my request, Bill Judge met with me yesterday morning regarding potentially helping represent his boats in order to give him more exposure in the area and help them move more boats. To me this request made a lot of sense as obviously I am passionate about his boats and believe in their quality and functionality for fishing the local waters. I truly believe there is no better boat out there for our area and love the fact that the boats are made locally. (I obviously put my own money where my mouth is when I purchased my own. ) As of yesterday, Bill has agreed to allow me to do this and I sincerely hope it works out for both of us. While I have no intentions of leaving my current employer in working in the printing and direct mail market where I have a very successful career for nearly 12 years and even serve on the company’s board of trustees, I hope to bring my sales and customer service experience in helping fellow fisherman and boaters learn more about these boats.
Being that Judge is a smaller builder who generally builds to order, there isn’t a big inventory to show off. However being that I am a very satisfied customer, I have a boat of my own to be able to show. (Judge does have a few boats in production just awaiting the rigging desires of its new owner). My first plan is to take my boat to the Pasadena Sportfishing Flea Market at the Earleigh Heights Fire station on Feb 14&15 where I hope to meet some of you all and hopefully introduce the brand to those who are not familiar with it. Along with my boat, Bill has a completed 22 center console that we will have there as well. Even if you aren’t interested in a boat, please come over and say hello as I would love to meet more of you all. However, if you are in the market for a new boat, please give you local quality boat builder a look first!
Just though it would be fair for the TF community to know my new affiliation with Judge yachts. Hopefully it will not take away from any of the accolades and praises for the boats as my opinions of them were formed before this affiliation.. See you at the Earliegh Heights on the 14th
