Worked half a day Friday so went fishing out of Elk Neck SP. Lots of marks on the FF so started off with bait and jigs in 15-20 feet of water. Non stop catfish action, the biggest about 10# but lots of eating sized fish one after the other.
Saw some boats working the main channel but not sure how they did? Changed to my trusty 14 Tony A and started working rocky points along the shoreline and ended up with 2 small rock no keepers. Still alot of grass to foul the lures.

Was using 4" Gulp mullet bait jigging and that's what they hit on, catfish were crazy hungry!

Catfish will eat just about everything and anything, especially this time of year fattening up for winter.:yes::thumbup: Best time of the year to be on the water.

it ALL depends on what species of Catfish......90% of humans have NO IDEA how to really understand a catfish period~
