I got a friend of mine who is getting rid of some of his offshore gear and is selling a set of offshore combos at a great price. The problem is i have never heard of the company before and not to sure about quality and such.. The company name is Davis and they look identical to Penn 50w but not sure if they can stand up to them.. Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of them and if they are good or not.. thanks Brandon

Couldn't find anything when I google Davis fishing reels? I for one have never heard of them..

I checked with them on Ebay and couldn't find a thing i also googled it and came up empty. He is asking $300 for all 4 but still would like to know some more info about them. They don't look cheap by no means but if something does break then im not gonna be able to find a part for it. Dennis (hookinfinger) help me out your good with looking up things?? thanks Brandon
