Glad to see they were caught. One guy in the other post says a $500 slap on the wrist and it'll be all over. I tend to agree. It's a pity that these judges don't take this stuff seriously.

Actually with lacy act violations I doubt that it will be a $500 fine. . but we will have to wait and see.

Hmmmm, I wonder how many undercover Federal officers are taking charters out of Rudee and are gathering evidence for charters going outside the 3-mile limit. Don't be surprised if in the next year or two you see a bunch of federal charges being filed.
