2 Large cans Clam Juice
2 Large cans Tomatoe Sauce
3 cans Diced Tomatoes
Fresh carrots potatoes celery onion and green pepper cubed
Fish Bouillon (3-4cubes)
Season with salt pepper garlic parsley and old bay
mix the above in large pot and cook on low for 2-3 hours.
bring sauce to a boil and add 3-5 lbs. Striper Fillets (cubed)
cook 5-10 minutes on high
Seperate whites from 6 eggs and add to broth; drop yolks in while the stew is still boiling. Allow stew to simmer until veggies are cooked
Ready to serve now but is AWAYS better if you chill over night and re-heat the next day. TRY IT YOU'LL LIKE IT!
almost forgot......Add sugar lightly to take the tart taste of the tomatoes out
