Happy August all-

I'll be down in Avon (OBX) late September.

Looking for recommendations for fishing that area by renting my own boat and/or a charter.

You can fish anywhere there from shore that's not posted. As for charters, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center is where you should start looking for one. There are people that will do back bay trips as well as off shore.
