Launched at Elk Neck at noon to fish the outgoing tide. Brisk South wind made it sporty out there. We were flyfishing mostly just NW of Turkey Point. Did not get a tap all day. Very few mark's seen. A couple of friends in another boat throwing plugs and rubber shads had the same experience. I think I'll try for shad in deer creek tomorrow.

Hope to read a good report about some Hickory Shad at Deer Creek . I'm ready for some of that . I've read about some Herring being caught there recently . I take my boat. Even before the plague.
Too much close quarters fishing for me .

3/30/2021, Tuesday morning from 7:00 AM until just before Noon we picked at them in the 19" to 24" size. Then at slack tide they took a nap so we headed back to the ramp. We also were just NW of Turkey Pt. Best depth was 8' to 10' when they were taking soft rubber. Tsunamis worked slowly back to the boat produced best for me.

Polecat, I had a few friends who also did well on the incoming. Good for you. I'll give the Raritan a go next week.
