Two weeks ago tomorrow, they were hitting pretty good between Red Point and Rocky Point on the N.E. river in about 9 feet of water. We used BA's. I went back the following Monday and took a 22"r on a BA, and a small one on a Stingsilver. Then the wind blew up and I headed in. Last Friday I gave it another shot, but no one was home. Did load up on some perch though. I hope to be down there again tomorrow and might try trolling with the D/Rs around Pooles Is. Be just the wife and I in a 17 foot camo G3 with a Yammie on the back. If the Rockfish aren't cooperating, I'll probably head up towards Red Point and get on the perch again.
