The wind has been blowing the past week making fishing impossible offshore. Got out this morning with two friends and the ocean was like a lake. Trolled from Palm Beach to Jupiter inlet in 100/300 ft. Nice assortment of Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, a Wahoo 30lbs on naked Ballyhoo. We drifted live Pilchards and Bonita chunks that yielded some nice Red grouper and a couple of fatty Mutton Snappers. The day ended with a fighting mad Kingfish and a large Cobia that one of our smart ass Bull Shark cut in half leaving me 20lbs of head and shoulder. Fishing is heating up, Tarpon are invading all the inlets, and the keys are on fire, best time of the year.
