i have verizon dsl, including a email account (i suppose is hooked directly to their server?). however, i use outlook as my primary.

i am getting spam from some foreign place all arabic or whatever, except the TO email address.

question: how can i get email to both my verizon account and outlook........with someone else's email address? the spam address line has characters of my real email account.

i put them in a spam folder, but what a pain.

Outlook has the ability to block specific senders, you can make up your own list of blocked senders.

It can be found here

"Outlook--tools--message rules---blocked senders"

also notify your ISP of the spam, many have specific procedures to report spam & may help eliminate it

The problem with blocking these guys is that they change their address and the text in the heading all of the time. Your blocking filter usually keys on that.

I agree for rj -- contact VERIZON. Let them turn-up their SPAM filter.

Report the e-mail as spam to verizon. They will block the e-mail before it gets to you.
