Like a lot of others, I got my boat registration renewal in the mail this past weekend. I was in Annapolis today on business, so stopped by the DNR service center. Got my new Boat Stickers and 2009 Fishing Stickers at the same time - in and out in 5 minutes (although my bank account is $74 leaner ;-) ) So, if you are in the area - it beats waiting for the mail.

DNR service center moved out of the Tawes Building last year - they are now at 1804 West Street (right across from Chinquapin Round Road and Tate Chevrolet). Not crowded - no wait. Only hint - they don't take plastic - only cash or checks for payment.

Thanks for the tip. I just got mine and plan to renew in person.

Two years ago was a joke- sent in before Thanksgiving and got them in mid January.

Wonder how many people still do not know they moved from DNR building .

There's a piece of paper in your renewal envelope stating the address change ! :cool2:

Thanks very much for the info, Rem.......I just got my renewal notice also and was going to ask someone here......I remember last year or the year before not getting the new ones by mail in time.:thumbup:
