CUT MEAT INTO CUBES ,BITE SIZE AND PUT INTO ZIPLOCK WITH ABOUT 1 CUP OF ITALIAN DRESSING.MARINATE FOR 2 TO 4 HOURS AND THEN DREDGE IN SEASONED FLOUR.HEAT UP SKILLET TO 375 WITH PEANUT OIL AND FRY UNIL GOLDEN.REMOVE AND DRAIN ON PAPER TOWEL AND SERVE WITH HONEY MUSTARD OR A GOOD BBQ SAUCE.ENJOY!!!!!:yes:

Yes, I have done this and it is awesome!!! Very easy and very tasty.... If you've not tried this, you need to...

not to steal anything away , but if you add some fresh zuccini, garlic, green peppers, and mushrooms , you cant go wrong:yes:thats one of out camp recipes the kids really enjoy:thumbup:

You can also try speide sauce for an alternative. (don't mean to threadjack) They do this in upstate NY all the time. It's similar to italian dressing, but different enough to be worth the try. Salamida's is the brand we always buy. Good stuff. It's traditionally marinated, skewered, grilled and served on a roll. Hard to beat!

Where can you find this type of marinade,I like trying different recipes. Thanks in advance!!

If you've got some whole hindquarter roasts and you are looking for something new to try - slice them very very thin and make awesome steak-ums with them.
