I. Coopers (722-4011) in Downtown Hampton at the east end of King Street across from Amory's Seafood. Turn between the Hampton Air & Space Museum and the Carousel towards Hampton Creek. The sell all kinds of stuff to include the Grunden fleece pullover with PVC sleeves and mid-section. It has a hood which cuts the wind off of your neck.
