Maybe that was the one that was just released by some restaurant in NY after PETA got on their case...That lobster could be over 100 years old! That's gonna need about a whole stick of butter. :clapping2:

That would be a kick wudn't it. Just like when PETA released all the lab bunnies and the hawks swooped down and grabbed 'em:D

That released lobster prolly had a king size appetite for seabass bait:D

That is a huge bug :thumbup: - WOW. Most likely too large to get into a trap.

I know most party boat pools do not allow lobsters to enter - that one would win hands down :D.

There used to be a lobster fishery operating out of Norfolk. They would set their pots off shore in 600 feet of water off the Va. coast.
I bought lobsters from them in the mid 70s
I think the outfit was owned by the "Rev Moon".
Don't know if they are still operating but I'll bet the lobsters are there.

I thought once they got that big they were past their prime and tasted bad?
