I doubt there's any ice there.Back river is completely clear all the way to the mouth. There's a good power plant article in the january edition of the salt water fishing magazine by either Lenny Rudow or Chris dollar. It explained when to fish, how to fish, where to fish and what to fish with on Brandon Shores,Calvert Cliffs & the Hot Ditch in Norfolk..

I have always done better during the week..

for hanover St: when the smokestack with "Baltimore" on it (south of the 95 tunnel) is smoking, the water is warm.. its a trash to steam plant that supplies heat for the city buildings during the week (so I am told)

Second cast 26" football on 4",chart/blue back, 3/4oz sassy shad:thumbup:...

caught three more... wind picked up, sun came out, wind started howling, went home smelling like fish......
