Well, Goodbye to 2008! I doubt that any will mourn its passing. It has been a turbulent year, filled with more tragedy than triumph for the masses. There's been more than one bend in the road that we've traveled. More than one unexpected turn. Down this road there is a light at the end. It holds the promise of better times...the hopes of a new beginning. Maybe, if we travel lightly we can arrive at our new destination and fill our chest with something of worth and value that goes beyond the quest for riches measured in possessions. The material things are prone to prove tiresome in time, but the friendships and family are something to remain of value.
May your year prove to be rich in the values which we all yearn for, health and the company of good friends to carry us through the perils of our journey. May we all arrive at our destinations and profit from the journey.
