finally caught the wind right left teachs at 5:15 to light winds cruised at 35mph to just south of the rock pile trolled till 10:30 with two bites that did not come tight. started to troll north along the color change and caught our first fishfinally got the skunk out. keep trolling noth with no other bites untill 12:30 or 1 by then we had lost site of the fleet had the water to ourselves then it was game on 4 of us on the boat we where catching 3 and four gaffers at a time all fish where caught on joe shutes new keel weighted series all colors produced. we caught 14 from 15 to 28lbs from 1:30 to 2:30 when we left them still biting 2 to 3 at a time. we where 40 miles north of hatteras inlet you had to be within 100 feet from where the green water and blue water meet any further away we where not getting the bites. we left early due to the log run back to the inlet.

Wow, that is some great eats and easy cleaning!! From the looks of the water you definitely caught the wind right!! Used to love fishing the Rockpile out of Teaches. Haven't been down there in years unfortunately.
