Just got married. so its a greet excuse to go.
Got a place in Pig Pine Key for 2 weeks to fish.
Did a week there last year, but now we're stayin 2 weeks, and have been there once ,so this year we have a better idea.
Hope to try Fly fishing, and maybe an off shore trip.
Mary wants to stop in Ilsmorada and do the dinner theater thing, someone said that was cool.

Larry, if you need a romantic afternoon, and can bring the fishing poles, take bride to No Name Bridge. Rent a boat for the day, ( Marina at base of bridge) and get lost in the Gulf of Mexico. Some decent fishing, ( look for some major drop offs, they hold fish).. If you have any money left, you have to go to Little Palm Island for dinner.. Make reservations ASAP, its very unique, good food and extremely romantic. Its gonna run ya about $350 for the night, but well worth the experience.

Visit Ernest Hemingway's house in Key West. Looks like he still lives there - many great fishing pictures on the walls and stories. The man knew how to live and how to fish.

In Islamaridia Bass Pro has there salt water store there, havent been there in about 10 years but it was pretty cool then. Its alot smaller than the other Bass Pros.

Spent my honeymoon for 2 weeks in Marathon 17 years ago....still happily married, wish you the same. The Keys are a great place stop in Sloppy Joe's and hang out at Mallory Square at Key West one evening. Steaks and blackened prime rib are some of the best on the east coast IMO.
