Great Idea!!!! it would be great if ALL divisions would do the same thing!!!! It would not be hard to get it started - just a few couples to take the initiative to get it going and notify the couples.
INVITATION TO ALL GUYS & DOLLS COUPLES
ALL OF US WITH THE CAROLINA DIVISION OF GUYS & DOLLS HAVE ENJOYED FISHING TOGETHER SO MUCH THAT SOME OF US HAVE GOTTEN TOGETHER AND FORMED THE CAROLINA COUPLES CLUB. WE ARE PLANNING TO HAVE FIVE TOURNAMENTS AS WE NORMALLY WOULD HAVE HAD WITH GUYS AND DOLLS. THEY ARE LISTED BELOW. THE MEMBERSHIP FEE WILL BE $30.00 PER COUPLE; ENTRY FEES WILL BE $100.00 PER TOURNAMENT WHICH INCLUDES $5.00 FOR BIG FISH POT FOR MEN AND $5.00 BIG FISH POT FOR WOMEN. THERE WILL BE AN ENTRY FEE OF $100.00 PER COUPLE FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP. PAYBACK WILL BE $100% WITH 80% PAYBACK AT EACH TOURNAMENT AND 20% WITHHELD FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP FUND. PAYBACK WILL BE 1 IN 5 FOR PAID ENTRIES FOR QUALIYING TOURNAMENTS AND 1 IN 4 FOR CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT. WE WILL NOT COMPETE AGAINST GUYS & DOLLS AND WILL PLAN TO FISH AGAIN WITH THEM AS SOON AS WE HEAR IN SEPTEMBER. WE HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED BEING WITH ALL THE COUPLES AND HATE TO LOSE THAT ASSOCIATION. We are getting good response to our notice about the Carolina Couples Club. All of our information will be going out within a few days. Even though it takes a little work from several couples, it is worth it. We are all looking forward to having our group together again and not lose touch wih the Guys and Dolls. Hope other divisions will follow our example so we can all get together again in September.[excited][excited][excited]
Hey! If you ever need any advise on "How to be a Great Director" or How to run the perfect tournament".....I might know some one you can call[grin]
Do you think Angie would mind helping them out?[grin]
