Wish I had a better report but it is what it is. Hit the BHB bridge area around 4:30 am to try and get bait. Set up after set up, shallow and deep produced very little bait. Got a few cutters and decided to fish the bridge while the net soaked. Got a few blues ranging between 5 and 10 lbs. Heard there was some decent bait in the DB area so headed there to give it a try. I actually marked a decent amount of bait in the loop and headed to a spot that has produced in the past few years. After just a few minutes both floats were bobbing up and down and decided to give the net a check. After getting a 20 lb blue and two cutters I realized my net was stuck badly and I had to cut it. Back to the ramp we go and head over to Osbourn to fish structure up to the 895 bridge. We caught fish on every set up and ended the day with 5 or 6 in the 5 to 10 lb range one in the 20's and my father in law got one in the low 30's. All in all after having a hard time getting bait, ruining my gill net, breaking a rod, losing my anchor and my trailer bunk coming unscrewed I can honestly say it was a great time on the river with good company. On a side note while heading back to the ramp just before dark we saw three deer trying to cross the river 2 doe and a small buck. Having a bit of an issue uploading my pics. It is saying I have exceeded my quota. Anyone know what I need to do to get them up. Thanks.

Great report! When you try to load the pictures you will get the exceed quota message. Click on that message and you will be taken to a screen that shows whatever pictures you have uploaded in the past. At the far right hand side of the screen is a box you need to check and then hit the delete button on the screen. Close the screen and go back and load your pictures. I run into this all the time since I don't have a paid subscription to tidalfish. I am going to pony up $15 so I can load pictures until the cows come home. Good luck.

Neil,
I bought your DVD on the James several years ago. I made me dangerous to the fish. I had to get it out of the house. Sold it on Ebay to some now dangerous guy from Ohio who comes over here a couple of times a year. Might fine DVD. I have caught the striped ones up by the Dutch Gap discharge and silvers under the docks, not to mention hordes of Blue Cats. Hats off to you my friend.
