Duties: Serve as Contracting Officers Representative. Develop and review contract specifications and technical requirements. Perform contract administration and monitoring of contractors for conformance with quality plans and regulations and technical data requirements. Perform studies, investigations and review of procedures, evaluation of their application, identification of quality deficiencies, recommendation of corrective action and follow-up to insure effective resolution. Evaluate effectiveness of contractor support and ensures compliance with proper procedures and techniques used for collecting data and supporting testing. Prepare surveillance summaries, position papers, fact sheets, letters, memoranda and reports. Utilize automated systems and Vision Digital Library (VDLS). Execute government acceptance and approves invoices for payment. Exercises skill in integrating testing and contract operations and ensures safety, security and environmental compliance issues are considered.
