My 8 year old son (he swings a camcorder, not a shotgun) who loves goose hunting has asked for a snow goose hunt for his birthday this Feb. Anyone know of any guides/outfits that are kid-friendly??? Or, are there any other fathers out there who want to get together & fill out a group to do a snow hunt with the kids?

We have always done real well using Tom Marvel, who owns Chesapeake Guide Service. Chesapeake Guide Service

Kids used to be free, but I think he started charging for them this year. Six of us killed 69 snows with him early in the season.

Lenny, let me know if you get a kid friendly trip together. My 8 y/o is taking his hunter safety as we speak, if he gets to carry a gun it'll be a single shot 20, with me watching his shot before picking up my own gun. Done right it could be an excellent trip.
