The Broadneck / Magothy river chapter of MSSA will present a FREE seminar about chunking and chumming for Rockfish Monday evening at 7:30 pm. This is open to public - you do not need to be member of MSSA to attend.

This technique is a great way to catch keeper size Rock on fairly light tackle. The next few months is prime time for this tactic so why not stop by and learn some secrets ?

Proper bait / tackle / places to fish and how to anchor will be discussed. Tide / current and how fish relate to changes will be covered.

There will even be time for question / answers so bring paper and pencil to take notes.

Doors open at 7:00 pm - location is : American Legion hall # 175 at 832 Manhattan Beach Road, Severna Park, MD 21146 - off Jones Station at Ritchie Hgwy.

Use entrance on left hand side of building - under the overhang. Plenty of parking - just observe the reserved spots.

Sounds like you needed to be at the meeting ;0). Anglers, Marty's and Clyde's all sell whole menhaden and ground frozen chum. Good Luck!! Bite was red hot for me last Sunday. J

what and where do you get bait for chunking.
