Lewes - Memorial Day Weekend
Saturday we fished for Drum off Slaughter beach without a hit. Anchored up in several areas using clam, but came up empty.
Sunday the wind was blowing pretty hard early in the day so we fished around the walls. Caught a few small trout and a lot of skate.
Monday we fished in the Lewes Canal. We drifted from the Lewes Ramp all the way to the inlet. Caught 11 flounder the largest being 17.4599 inches so back he went. Also caught a nice blue ( 4 lber) at the roosevelt Inlet on a BA.
Even though we didn't catch a cooler full, it was a great weekend on the water!
