Got a couple of questions.
1. First, what is the best set up to live line spot or mullet? I have used an inline sinker with a 2 to 4 foot leader. Is that good?
2. Does live lining work as well up in the water column as on the bottom? I have used live spot on the bottom but was wondering if you could drop the spot somewhere in between with just as good results.

Thanks for any info.

that works well, but most people use a 3-way, as it allows for a longer leader and also is better against snagging....if you snag w/ a 3-way, u usually just lose the weight.

Also, dont overlook light-tackle. just hook a small spot, peanut, etc, to a jighead and let the current take it. That's how fish naturally feed. They catch stuff floating by in the current.

i think i'm gonna give the 3-way a shot. i don't lose hardly any with an inline but i have to be light handed to keep from bending the eye that makes contact.
