I took out two fishing buddies today and one has had a taste or two of the big 'un and the other had never. WE caught a 7, 17, 27, and 37 pounder today and they were happy. Yes it was windy and we caught the fish on a slack tide with big time winds, go figure. Not exactly a big day but THEY were very happy ! Pics to follow, striperjoe[excited]

GREAT JOB StriperJoe!!!

Hope tomorrow is the same for me. At least for the fishing?

Will post the good news if it's a successful trip.

Yeah I also broke in my 2 new Abu-Garcia Original (C-3)7000's with Abu sticks ! ! ! ! I'm bad..... ! ! ! Tomorrow should be a good day. Use fresh bait and bring some sunscreen, a little ice cold water(or your favorite beverage) and you're gonna be set. Our fish today were caught in the "Dutch Gap" area. Glad I could help ! striperjoe[wink]

I bet that gift shad I gave you is the one that hooked all the fish. Old Martineta is headed back to South America next week. Our catfish there eat 90 pound blues for breakfast. Come on down. I will show you a Maguruda that will top 300 pounds.
