A coworker has neighbors who shoot a lot of deer due to open permits and such for their land/crops, etc. He can just ask and get whatever he wants and has extended that to me. So, what else might I want to ask for besides tenderloin? I am looking for things I can cook pretty easy. I think I did a rear quarter in a browning bag with veggies that turned out good. I just need help knowing which cut to ask for...?
