I have a similar hook-up. I like to get the shoulders or hams and cube up the meat for stews. After cubing the meat, you can freeze it in french dressing. Thaw it out and use it in any beef stew recipe. EXCELLENT!

My guy usually doesn't like to deal with the shoulders and hams so he's more than happy to give me all I want. [smile] It works out well that way!
