i use one like the carvers use, its on a pedistal that is lighted that way your not looking wierd nor do you have to keep adjusting it on your head.

Check out optivisor. I use them for repairing circuit boards. I buy them from tv projection lamps, remote controls, security cameras, batteries, audio video cables and test equipment but they can be found online from many sellers.
