Congratulations, you have found a "bug" in the computer code Brandon is using for the site. I would be willing to bet those folks at the top of the list are newbies who set up accounts and never bothered to make a post. Unless all of them have posted exactly (2 to the 64th power) - 1 posts. I am thinking all their bits are set.

It's (2^32)-1, a.k.a. MAXINT on a 32 bit OS using an unsigned representation - all 1's as you point out.

I guess this "bug" explains how so many people we never heard of have 4.3 trillion posts apiece to their credit. Now it's all beginning to make sense...

There doesn't seem to be a pattern to their join date or their last visit.
