Went out yesterday in search of the somewhat elusive flat ones. Caught 7 Flounder - 6 on a jig in less than 12 feet and one on a buck tail and a Gulp in 18 feet. The 6 which were all 15 " and under were caught on a Gulp jig on a spinnerbait type rig crawled across the sand near some grass beds. The bucktail / Gulp fish was a 17" keeper and it was my first success with this rig after watching many videos and experimenting with weight etc. He hammered it as soon as it hit the bottom - thought I had another decent size one but it turned out to be a citation oyster toad. Good day on the water, got to find the bigger ones soon.
