I'm not at all a fan of expanded firearms access and think the SCOTUS got its last couple of decisions on the 2A wrong, completely upending over a century of interpretation and application. But that said, the law on the 2A is what is and, given that, it's hard for me to imagine at least some of the provisions in that bill not being struck, were it to become law and be reviewed by a court. It's simply too broad and too vague. I'm also not a fan of legislators introducing bills that are clearly contrary to the law and probably won't be passed, just to score points. A waste of everyone's time.

I got out of Montgomery Co 24 years ago. Bought a house there in 1983 and it was a nice place to live but man did it change. I'm in Frederick Co now but people are coming here from Montgomery Co and voting democrat. It won't be long until they trash Frederick Co. Next move W VA ..........Gary
