Stopped down to check it out today. Watched several guys cast for 15 minutes or so and didnt see any rods bending. High water but pretty hard mud line off the point.

For those that are unaware, the CBIBS buoy located at the mouth of the Susky River, just out from Havre de Grace, is back on line. This buoy plots many parameters important to fishermen, most notable turbidity & water temps. Turbidity and water temperature measured my this buoy should pretty much reflect conditions for the Susky River all the way up to the dam. This site will plot out the readings in 1, 7, & 30 day graphs.

BTW, as others have pointed out a turbidity reading of 10 or lower is good enough to go fishing whether for stripers on the Flats or shad up the river to the dam.

I have a question and don't mean to sound stupid but, the turbidity that you mention, is that meaning the water flow in that area?
