I love to dropshot for largemouth when they're in deeper water, and I do like these hooks... though a properly tied palomar knot (re-insert tag end through the eye of the hook) works almost as well.

I thought there was a lot of extra metal on what is supposed to be a small/finesse presentation, but the fish don't seem to mind.
