Caught 42 lb. , 47 inches Strip:rockingreporter , caught off Cape Charles Lighthouse on the ocean side on January 12th. Caught eeling. Is this a citation and if so , what do you have to fill out to recieve it . ?

take it to an official weigh station.... most tackle shops are such, and they'll fill out the necessary papers

Good fish but if its gone no paper. Its a citation good job youve always got that pic even if you dont get the paper
