Sorry, but had to share my luck. I'll post a report in the next day or two on the hunting thread but for now, here are a couple pictures. He's damn near 200lbs, 9 points with a 20.5 inch inside spread. I call him The Brunswick County Acorn Buck.

Nice Job, where in Brunswick Co? I hunt there sometimes down by Elliot Sadler's house. There are some deer around that area.

Spreading the Wealth

Budc, Now that's just funny! Actually, he was gathering and forcing all the other bucks in the area to enter the pine thicket to either get their asses kicked or to vote for the inexperienced button buck waiting on the other side.

I shot this one because he was taking away the hard earned acorns already collected by the other animals in the area and handing them out to all the lazy, do nothing, opportunistic vultures type punks in the area. You know, spreading the wealth around.:D

I hunt in Alberta - we obviously share some bucks of the same gene pool.
I might be able to slip down there one afternoon this week. I have a hard time between bowhunting and speck fishing this time of year.

Deer Balls?

No Doc, I only make Striper balls. Deer balls are left for the buzzards. I have however, just finished trimming, grinding and packaging up 15 lbs of Venison breakfast sausage and 15 lbs of Hot Italian sausage. Not Striper Balls mind you but Damn good eating none-the-less. Speaking of "none" I screwed up the title of this post. It should have read Non-Fishing Hunting Report. It was very nice of y'all not to have pointed that out.

Doc, remind me next time we meet up for a conspiracy meeting and I'll bring you some.
