My son in law who lives in Kill Devil Hills and fishes down there came up here today for business and stopped by the house.

We talked about the lack of Stripers being caught here lately. He said that the Stripers were down his way but the netters were getting them.

He didn't seem to happy about that and said for me to call him if they show up this way again.

Between the drop netters, beach launch, & trawlers, a Striper doesn't have a chance, not to mention the trawlers that are out past three miles, but let someone go out there with a hook & line , and the whole USCG base shows up. Just venting....
